Job Description

To be a part of the HR Team and take responsibility for the day to day administration of the department.

  • Ensuring security and maintaining confidentiality within the HR Team
  • Act as first point of contact for general internal and external HR queries, including reference requests, and escalate the matters to the appropriate responsible member of the HR team.
  • Administer and coordinate all relevant HR projects across the organization, as requested.
  • Assist in the administration process for recruitment and selection, in particular. Make Initial phone interviews and select candidates for the other technical rounds
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of interview campaigns that took place, organize interviews for the short listed applicants, including calling them for arranging the interview date, interview programmer as requested by the recruitment Advisor.
  • Book rooms and send Outlook invites to all members of the interview panel.
  • Responsible for the recruitment filing system, including reporting records on interview feedback.
  • Assist with the management of personnel process, as the following:
  • Updates to HR systems and the leave process.
  • Managing the personnel records Data and ensuring all are kept up to date.
  • Respond to reference requests for employees.
  • Ensure that all staff files are kept up to date in line with hard copy paperwork
  • Minute taking and managing the notes for the HR Meetings
  • Any other duties deemed necessary both now and in the future to meet business needs.
  • The duties of the post could vary from time to time as a result of new legislation, changes in technology or policy changes, in which case appropriate training may be given to enable the post holder to undertake the new / varied work.
  • Coordinate the well-being initiative booking in relevant activities and producing reports and recommendations with relevant topic areas to ensure high staff engagement levels.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline; HR Certificate is preferable.
  • Focused on administration Benefits, with 1 - 3 years Experience 

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of HR systems and maintenance
  • Experience mainly in (Recruitment and Personnel) 
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Experience of dealing with a high level of administration/coordination
  • Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer

Skills:

  • Confident in making decisions on behalf of others
  • Excellent time management skills, both in own work and that of others
  • Natural instinct when prioritizing the varied work of the team
  • Accurate writing skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • Confident communication with staff at various levels
