Job Description
- ERP Functional Consultants are responsible for providing a consultative approach to our product's family's successful and timely implementation at our customers' sites or via phone.
Duties include:
- Analysis of customer's business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives
- Assess customers' needs for training and implementation services
- Application configuration, implementation and data migration
- Train users in application use and/or configuration
- Recommend business process improvements
- Analyze and specify application enhancements if needed
Job Requirements
Background/Skills:
- Strong could ERP experience environments required
- Experience implementing or utilizing ERP systems required
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong knowledge of business requirements
- Excellent soft skills
- Training and customer service skills
- Strong accounting experience preferred
- Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to others.
- This position requires successful completion of the training and testing program.
