Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Plastic Pipes Production
Job Summary
- We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector with 2–3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing to monitor and ensure the quality of plastic pipes produced on the production line. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with customer specifications, production standards, and quality requirements for PVC, PPH, and PPR products.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect plastic pipes on the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and verify pipe thickness, weight, and dimensions throughout the production process.
- Ensure final product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and report them to production teams for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2– 10 years of experience in quality control
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- Experience working with PVC, PPH, and PPR pipes is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic quality inspection tools and measurement techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on production lines and in shift-based environments.
