Job Description
We're looking for English customer service representatives to join our team in Nasr City, City Stars.
What We Offer:
- Welcome bonus equivalent to a one month salary, 19,000 EGP welcome bonus after joining

Job Requirements
- (Graduates, Dropouts and gap years are welcome to apply ( undergrads and foreigners are not allowed)
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
- Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts (first shift ends at 11 PM, last shift ends at 6 AM)
- Willingness to work fixed weekends during the initial 50-day training period, and rotational weekends thereafter
