Job Description
- Leading personals team, responsible for managing the day-to-day personnel and personal operations such (Hiring, separation, contract renewal, HR Letters, investigation, ...etc)
- Managing the responsibilities in ERP System and the related process of updating employees' data, information...etc by company policy and law.
- Managing the process of Updating the database on regular basis including (Electronics and physical) to maintain update of database and to have accurate info and reports.
- Liaise and managing external partners, for example, insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.. etc. in addition to being responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities
- Managing social insurance accounts such and related process forms such (#1, #2, and #6, ..etc) along with different issues to sustain and maintain a good position of legal compliance.
- Participate in other HR projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- minimum 7 years of experience.
- Good command of English language.
- Experience in Using Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Problem Solving.
- Strong decision-making skills.
