Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the dental sector experience.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, Laboratory and distributors.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate dental products to prospective and existing clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and brand visibility.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of sales experience in the dental industry, Dental lab..
  • Own a car is must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of dental products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, home-based schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
