Job Description:

  • Managing the sale’s process of our projects from initial contact to closure.
  • Achieving sales through cold calling, following up on leads, following up with inbound calls, advertising, and making business presentations.
  • Coordinating appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email and social media (Website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts).
  • Promoting projects through advertisements, and listing service.
  • Meeting all revenues, sales targets objectives in line with the Marketing and Business Plan.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in residential real estate (بيت الوطن او العاصمة الإدارية)
  • Strong sales, negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills ( Arabic & English)
  • Strong presentation skills and high attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and own a car.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Facebook.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must be professional in all regards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
