Job Description
- Responsible for all of the ERP ( healthcare) implementations and ensure that it is ready.
- Ensure the team delivers the project within the agreed project budget.
- Managing the day-to-day IT operations, networks, and computer systems
- Creating IT project budgets and reallocating resources where necessary
- Directing the recruitment of IT staff and mentoring the IT section head.
- Ensuring that employees are following computer use, information security, and privacy policies
- Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders
- Developing a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs
- Running vendor management process to ensure the company’s data security
- Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
- Sustaining the project after completion by devising suitable maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 12+ years experience in ERP in healthcare (HCIS)
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
