Job Description

Brief

  • Customer Support & Project Engineer of Packaging & Processing Machines. 
  • Markets: Dairy, Food, Beverage, Home Care, Personal Care, Lube Oil, Chemicals.

Key Duties

  • Regular visits & calls to existing customers to investigate & follow-up on their after-sales service requirements & needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell the recommended after-sales solutions such as audits, spare parts, upgrades & modifications, preventive maintenance, and any other type of service interventions. 
  • Manage machines breakdowns & coordinate with the after-sales support team (assistants & service team) and the principals to ensure the fastest solution & corrective actions.
  • Handle the project management of the new machines after contract signature & receipt of purchase order until the site acceptance test (SAT) and the project successful completion. 
  • Arrange handing-over meetings with the sales team for each new machine sold.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers & suppliers.
  • Implement the company’s sales and marketing plans and strategies.
  • Communicate & coordinate with the sales team about potential new machines projects.
  • Manage orders and projects till successful accomplishment.
  • Write professional emails, visit reports, and market reports in English.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support & Project Management for Industrial Machinery, preferably Packaging machines.
  • Technical & commercial Sales skills
  • Excellent English and Arabic verbal and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ready to travel locally and abroad if needed.
  • Hard worker and self-motivated

Own a car and driving license
