Job Description

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and investment goals are met.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing a variety of commercial property options tailored to their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to expand the company’s commercial property portfolio.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, site visits, and meetings between clients and property owners.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details using internal CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, property regulations, and market conditions affecting commercial real estate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of commercial real estate products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, property sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
