Job Description
- Working Days are only Saturday and Sunday. (2 days/ week)
- Responds to and follows up on all the updates from the dispatchers and management for weekend pick-ups/deliveries and/or repairs
- Handles On the Road repairs by contacting mechanics and repair shops as needed
- Reports incidents, e.g., accidents, to Senior Management
- Stops drivers from driving after 10 PM EST during the summer and 8 PM EST during the winter
- Provides a weekend report of all the incidents that have occurred during weekend
Job Requirements
- Ability to respond immediately and handle any emergency situation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Stable Internet Connection of at least 30mbps.
- Laptop/ PC with at least the following specs:
- Intel Core i5 8th generation or equivalent
- 8 to 16 GB RAM
