Job Description
- Develop and implement hygiene & safety and environment related policies & procedures and to maintain them as per the needs of customers and to the level of accredited standards.
- Organizes and delivers training sessions and refresher courses on hygiene, safety & environmental awareness on regular basis for all levels of employees.
- Establish and implement standard procedures/instructions for security personnel while handling customers/visitors/suppliers.
- Ensure that the unit consistently complies with the requirements of AIB, BRC, ISO 9001 & EMS & OHSAS, HCCAP and other accredited management systems for all the criteria.
- Nominate and train internal auditors from various departments, to ensure that required regular audits for ISO, HACCP, AIB, and BRC are happening on time with no delay.
- Establish a proper procedure/guideline to record work related accidents, provide accident investigation reports and to ensure that preventive actions are implemented.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in industrial health and safety.
- preferably NIOSH – NEBOSH – OSHA – Fire Safety certificates.
- Multinational background is a plus.
- Experience in working with ISO procedures and protocols.
