Job Description
- Handle -new implementation projects, Remote and Onsite support for:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
- Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection / Cisco Unity Express
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
- Cisco IOS Voice Gateways.
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues.
- Responsible for designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions
- Network support as it relates to the Cisco VOIP environment and isolate and resolve complex problems utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Work on Network Telecom Service Desk and provide level I and II support to end users surrounding Network (route/switch) and CUCM issues
Job Requirements
- 4 yr degree in electrical engineering/computer science/network engineering
- Advanced level Voice certifications such as CCNA Voice and CCNP (Cisco Certifications) are highly desirable
- UCCX experience.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise multi-cluster design, integrating CUCM, Unity Connections, SME
- Knowledge of Cisco Video and Conferencing solutions – Telepresence, TMS, Webex.
- 3+ years designing or administering Cisco Collaboration solutions.
