Position Overview:
The Tender Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing tender submissions, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with project requirements. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and Review RFQs: Analyze requests for quotations from suppliers and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document Preparation : Gather and prepare technical and financial documentation for tender submissions and prepare technical and financial comparison for final selection by the concerned parties
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Manager and suppliers to clarify requirements and provide necessary information.
- Submission Management: Ensure timely submission of tender documents and respond to any inquiries from the sales team.
- Modification Handling : Address and implement changes to tender documents as required.
- Final Review : Collaborate with the Manager to confirm submissions and obtain necessary approvals
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Language is a MUST
- MUST have from 2 to 4 years of experience in tenders (technical and financial offers and offers comparison)
- Professional level in MS Office is a MUST
- Experience in ERP systems is a MUST
