E-Commerce Seller Support Executive

Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire Content Executive with the below responsibilities and qualifications:

• Define new sellers to sell new items on the online platform.
• Help improve processes, develop internal documentation, and meet customer service agreements.
• Monitor and manage product inventory for the application.
• Prepare reports on sales inventory and sell-through rates to make sure inventory levels are accurate and appropriate.
• Communicate with the Finance department to follow up on seller payments, invoices, and commissions.
• Read and respond to customer feedback and marketplace health data, and update processes as needed.
• Help fulfill orders on time and meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide comprehensive assistance to e-commerce sellers, guiding them through onboarding and account setup.
• Resolve seller-related issues, including order processing, payments, and product listings.
• Offer guidance on platform policies, best practices, and tools to optimize seller performance.
• Monitor seller metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with various teams to address seller concerns, enhance processes, and contribute to platform success
