Job Description

  • Design and implement a suitable filing system for sales and customer files and documents, as well as assist with the execution of company’s business development strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and new opportunities for growth as well as keep up to date with new trends within the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the company's reach and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to achieve long-term partnerships. 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to follow-up with strategic product plans for new business opportunities. 
  • Contact targeted potentials customers to present current and new company products through meetings, calls or emails. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical, Sciences or relevant field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Medical Sales 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
