Job Description
- Act in accordance with strategic and operational objectives for the company
- Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules.
- Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.
- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
- Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take-offs, cross-checking quantities.
- Assisting in compiling of tenders.
- prepare BOQ and estimate Sheets
- Prepare quantity survey for lump sum projects or items.
- Preparing the commercial and technical offer.
- Sending the technical & financial offer to the client after consulting the operation if needed & approval from the BU manager
- Following up with the client through the negotiations rounds consulting BU manager (must) , operation (if needed) until winning the project
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience:3 to 5 Years in a similar position
- Language: Excellence in English
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Projects, Auto Cad.
Skills & Knowledge and abilities :
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
