Job Description
- Manages service provider’s contracts regarding all disciplines.
- Executes technical and financial tenders.
- Sets KPI’s and SLA for service providers and supporting teams.
- Implements short term and long term plans for operation to ensure maximum efficiency and optimized expenses.
- Assures smooth operation and efficient performance with all supported teams and functions.
- Follows up on company activities and monitor day to day operations.
- Improves provided services quality and service list to match customer’s expectations and increase market share.
- Assures customer satisfaction level and settle any customer conflicts if any.
- Conducts business plans, prepare Budget, consolidation sheets and all requested operational reports.
- Implements all kinds of protocols, processes, work flow matrix, communication matrix, organization charts…... etc.
- Analyzes all data and consolidate it if requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to lead team.
