Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Coordinate with the project team to meet the project goals and objectives.
- Preparation of Lighting, Power , Low current and Cable routing design , Including Plans, SLD, Details and Panel schedules with load balance and phasing.
- Preparation of calculation sheets (Voltage drop, Lux, Generator size Load estimation, Transformer size, Load schedules).
- Preparation B.O.Q’s
- Preparation & Revising shop drawings & Submittals.
- Coordinate design work with other trades.
- Get off the site to take the necessary information for the design .
- Calculate production cost & thereby provide inputs for pricing strategy.
- Write reports about work process and completion rates.

Job Requirements
- Experience in the installation the control panels and MCC panels
- Experience in chilled water pipes,ducts,valves,and instrumentation
- Experience in the integration between BMS system and low current systems such as fire Alarm and access control panels
- Experience in functionality and installation of AHU,FCU,fans,Pumps,DX unites,actuators, BMS panels, and review the sequence of operation of all items
