Job Description
- To manage the development and introduction of new packaging within factory complying with PS&C, Nestlé standards and guidelines.
- To manage technical projects, support factory and marketing in terms of projects / initiatives related to packaging, product, processes and technologies including 60:40. Ensuring compliance with both Nestlé policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
- To manage all factory activities related to packaging materials with improving unplanned stoppages across all lines.
- To support Business by identifying and implementing saving projects on packaging materials and pallet pattern improvement for logistics efficiency.
- Support CTAG teams on implementing the Plastic/Sustainability Roadmaps from each category in both factories ensuring full alignment with Nestle suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Fluent in English Language, French language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance and quality.
- MS Project is required.
- AutoCAD experience is preferred.
