Job Description
- Shop drawing architecture
- Follow up and Implement the action plan in order to meet the deadline (invoices – QS - shop drawings).
- Review Arch packages received from the design team, coordinate with structure & MEP drawings.
- Support site with any needed data when required.
- Regular site visits whenever needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture).
- Experience from 7 to 10 years.
- Experience in Medical facilities is a plus.
- Communication skills.
- Experience in B.O.Q, As-Built Drawings, and Quantity Surveying (ALL) Arch.
- Proficient use AutoCAD.
- MS projects/ primavera.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Revit.
- 3D Max / Sketch up/ Photoshop is a plus.
- English/ spoken and written.
