Job Description
- Developing strength points to company’s brand position in assigned regional marketing area.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, and Identify specific digital goals and objectives.
- Manage and train the rest of the digital marketing team
- Measure and evaluate ROI and KPIs for the brand.
- Interact with marketing leads to prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Foresee new sales performance trends
- Head development and execution process of main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
- Stimulate developing and sanction of quotations and commercial proposals to guarantee product gross margins meet business needs.
- Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.
- Work with the agency and Brand Team on creative content across all social media channels including IG, Facebook other relevant platforms.
- Mange & Sync all content to channels in line with Marketing &Trade Calendars.
- Generating creative ideas for Digital first content including assets, and real-time videos, and oversee online content for the brand.
- Manage Digital Campaign projects, Events & Community Management
- Engage with influencers on relevant campaigns, provides end to end influencer management
- Engage/Manage social media presence across all platforms to drive brands and assist build community (Press, Blogs, Influencers...etc.).
- Audits & analyses Social media presence, including digital advertising costs& returns.
- Analyze & Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including future recommendations to test.
- Monitor Competitors (Local & Global) Digital activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure brands remains relevant.
- Manage & Work with agencies on earned media tracking, providing quarterly reports on social presence.
- Proficiency with social software (Facebook business manager, Hootsuite) to supports social network integrations for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube/Networking Skills
Job Requirements
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Financial Sector or Real Estate experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar position is needed as well
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Fluent English.
- 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Potent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools “social software” and best practices
