Job Description

  • The ideal candidate should be able to build a long term relationship with the assigned portfolio of customers through phone calls and emails.
  • Promote our products and services and handle any issues the customers may face.
  • Ability to communicate with different cultures i. e Philippines, India, UAE, etc..
  • Closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Report to the sales manager.
  • Fixed Shift (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
  • 2 Days Off ( Friday and Saturday).

Job Requirements

  • Experience in IT Sales is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
  • English speaking candidates only can apply (95% of our client base are English speakers only).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Bachelor's degrees ONLY.
  • Sales Experience is a MUST.
  • Resident in 6th October or nearby is a must
