Job Description
- Create a plan, manage and monitor the social media campaigns
- Manage and maintain the website and analyze the data
- Gather and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Conduct competition analysis through analyzing our local and foreign competitors
- Provide the sales department with market trends and consumer behavior
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Plan outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.)
- Plan the marketing department budget and activities
- Coordinate internal marketing and the organization’s culture
- Plan and conduct PR campaigns
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- Preferably a female
- Presentable
- Lives in Maadi or nearby
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
