Job Description
- Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Serve visitors - Customers by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately in coordination with the Concerned Departments
- resolve any complaints / issues quickly to maintain high-quality customer service
- Prepare and complete the air and/or sea freight quotes worldwide for all types and modes of shipping containers and/or parts or air freight and updated it monthly.
- Implementation of air and/or sea and land operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting of rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file.
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Import and export experience
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Good command of Microsoft Office Skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Working days from Saturday up to Thursday
- Working hours from 9:00 A.M up to 5:00 PM
