Job Description

  • Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Serve visitors - Customers by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately in coordination with the Concerned Departments
  • resolve any complaints / issues quickly to maintain high-quality customer service
  • Prepare and complete the air and/or sea freight quotes worldwide for all types and modes of shipping containers and/or parts or air freight and updated it monthly.
  • Implementation of air and/or sea and land operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting of rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Import and export experience
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Working days from Saturday up to Thursday
  • Working hours from 9:00 A.M up to 5:00 PM
