Job Description

Planning & Monitoring Process:

  •  Maintain branding image of Andalusia hospital across Egypt also between our competitors in the local market
  • that will enable us to compete globally & internationally.
  • Monitor, improve & modify all departmental activities (addressed in scope) under his area of supervision also
  • suggest better ways for increasing departmental productivity, solving operational issues, accelerating processes.
  •  Assess costs, markup factors, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling points & give direction for
  • pricing through Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products & services to achieve sales
  • targets and expand our customer base.
  •  Revise company objectives what we currently achieve & what we plan to achieve.
  •  Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and
  • development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  •  Provide leadership to supervised teams, including a dotted oversight role & Reports to Institute leadership on a
  • regular basis also set corrective actions to solve bottle necks crumbling workflow & track work progress of
  • teams supervised.
  •  Foster the implementation of code of ethics whether when dealing with our patients or between the stuff &
  • their relations with each other in front of our patients, visitors, whoever our target stakeholder 

Operation Excellence Process:

  •  Proactively scan the market, understands market dynamics and trends, drives operational change to connect
  • the referring market and reports to senior leadership.
  •  Keep updated with insurance policies & standards, contract terms, billing & documentation cycle to avoid
  • putting our company in inappropriate situation legally or financially. Obtain and oversee company insurance or
  • related funds that management uses to cover costs such as disability benefits or lawsuits.
  •  Identify, research and analyze short-term and long-term business development strategies to develop and
  • strengthen our brand and align to Andalusia strategies that will maximize our customer lifetime values and
  • Enhance approval cycle rate & claims cycle.
  •  Seek and develop new revenue and partnership strategies and strengthens existing relationships.
  •  Partner with Quality Department to set and update clear policies, procedures and workflows that best serves
  • customers and achieve their satisfaction.
  •  Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services,
  • analyzing business developments, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections and monitoring market
  • trends.
  •  Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services.
  •  Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve
  • the environmental soundness or sustainability of products.
  •  Perform any other duties as assigned related to job duties requirements.

 Customer Satisfaction Process:

  •  Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
  •  Responsible for the training, continuing education and promotion of subordinate staff. Give clear competencies
  • for the hiring candidates related to the scope focused on.
  •  Participate in recruiting the supervised staff & involved in assessing their performance in feedback & evaluation
  • sessions also perform their annual performance appraisal.
  •  Maintains the balance of needs and priorities between the business and the customer (patients and referring physicians) to create value and mutually beneficial relationships.
  •  Keep updated with target market (leads) life styles, changing needs, motives, medical market trends tone of voice our competitors addressing customers to maintain the brand positioning.
  •  Keep tracking for competitors’ transactions concerning health care improvements and their competing offers for retaining & attracting patients that will result in maximizing our customer loyalty & satisfaction.

 Innovation Process:

  •  Formulate any needed policy related to supervised area that will enhance business process and achieve organizational goals.
  •  Initiate new services and projects in order to generate a continuous revenue growth rate, while increasing our revenue and reducing cost.
