Job Description
- Lead the process of development part for all students
- Help student to achieve their language target through events, activities, competitions,..etc
- Lead the community language advising programs
- Organizing language counseling workshops and activities for students
- Manage the performance of students’ progress with metrics
- Manage & follow-up the student study process
- Recommend activities, websites, and calendar of events to drive students' level up
- Identify the resources to increase the language acquisition methods
- Initiate and contribute with ideas on ways to maximize students input in all spheres related to English learning
- Support all on-going community activities
- Share useful resources for students to complement their classes.
- Create study plans for students as well as quizzes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Teaching certificates are preferable
- Fluent in English
- +3 years of experience in teaching English in training centers
- +1 year experience in academic writing or curriculum developing
- Excellent assessing and placement knowledge
- Great organization and interpersonal skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated.
- Previous experience in teaching English in training centers
- Passionate about writing
- Strong influencing skills
- Social media content writing experience is a huge advantage
