Job Description
1. Data Analyst Responsibilities (Epsilon AI Analytics)
- Analyze business datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio
- Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and data modeling
- Use Excel advanced functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Use MySQL to query, join, filter, and manage relational data
- Apply cloud data tools for analytics (Azure, AWS QuickSight, Google BigQuery preferred)
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to support decision-making
- Prepare visualization reports for internal and corporate clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement analytical solutions.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
2. Instructor Responsibilities (Epsilon AI Academy)
- Support delivery of Data Analysis courses (Excel, BI Tools, SQL, dashboards)
- Teach practical labs and lead analytical workshops
- Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging instructional materials on data analytics and AI concepts to diverse learners.
- Provide mentorship and guidance for student projects
- Review assignments and provide constructive professional feedback
- Prepare structured teaching materials, demos, and exercises
- Assist with corporate training sessions and professional events
- Assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic and professional growth.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field (required)
- Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis, teaching, or a related role.
Technical Skills – Must Have
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data cleaning, modeling)
- Ability to build dashboards using Power BI & Tableau
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Looker Studio or equivalent BI visualization tools
- Good SQL knowledge using MySQL
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data preparation
- Knowledge of cloud analytics tools (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks

- CDAP (Certified Data Analyst Professional) certificate holder is a strong plus
- Epsilon AI alumni or similar bootcamp graduates
- Certifications in BI, SQL, Power BI, or Analytics are a plus
- Experience supporting corporate training or client reporting
- Familiarity with Excel automation using Power Query / Power Pivot
- Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, and industry best practices.
