Job Description
- Establish New contracts with customers in Modern Trade.
- Responsible for for setting Sales Targets and assure targets achievement.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Create reports represent daily KPIs for sales to overcome pitfalls and deliver their best performance
- Set the channel’s annual plan by setting eligibility criteria for both Modern Trade /Key Accounts customers and assessing their performance in the field accordingly.
- Lead MT/KA teams into achieving company’s volume and execution targets.
- Solve the Complex Problems with Clients
- Execute yearly process through having a solid action plan in unit which includes infrastructure requirements to achieve volume, market share, profitability and productivity results.
- Handle Customer Development Agreements, negotiation and contract process for new/existing customers that includes negotiating.
- Own the calendar for new launches and coordinate with cross-functional and external teams as needed.
- Collaborate with executives on merchandise strategy across all touch points – development, planning, and Plano-grams.
- Responsible for the Key Accounts penetration by segment project.
- Created a landscape for all the Hypermarkets in Cairo, Egypt to support sales team with better In - Store understanding.
- Monitor closely implementation of the Sales Process that is handled by the sales force.
- Making a forecasting.
- Responsible for trade marketing development for the assigned Area.
Job Requirements
Experience with Hyper Markets & HORECA is a MUST
