Job Description
- Manage day-to-day production activities in the feeds manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to develop new products.
- Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot production issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of [10] years of experience in feed production or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
