Job Description

  • You will contribute to business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share in collaboration with your superior and other cross-functional teams or resources.
  • You will innovate and activate key launches, campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business.
  • You analyze the category performance in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the performance of the account.
  • You will do market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping in collaboration with other cross-functional teams or resources.
  • You will ensure the right presence on brands across top SKUs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand pages and product page details, and compelling reasons to drive purchase.
  • You analyze suppliers or brands in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues, and you develop and implement the necessary plans of action.
  • You will use your expertise to support designing/redesign and building the relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • You will be responsible for full content creation and management in collaboration with Marketing & Copywriting team or any other necessary resources.
  • You will perform a pricing analysis to recommend pricing tactics and strategies for all brands under the category you manage.
  • You will completely manage the category offering seasonally based on your analysis of customer needs and the demand in general including securing exclusive deals for campaigns throughout the year.
  • You will substantially contribute to periodic performance forecast as set by management.
  • Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with the Supply Chain team to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimize new fulfillment opportunities, plan for peak periods, and improve/eliminate chargebacks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree Any Major.

  • Language Skills: Very good level of English writing and reading.
  • Soft Skills: Active - Smart - Problem Solver - flexible - Time management.
  • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, MS Access, and others.
  • Leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of website management and e-Commerce usability.
  • Technical Understanding: A strong grasp of modern technology and social media is essential to the job of an e-commerce General Manager. An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key to fulfilling the many functions of the job.
