Job Description
- Planning, scheduling, budgeting, executing, and delivering software projects.
- Writing project plan and assigning resources.
- Coordinating between project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; to assure that all members are well aware of the project plan, and most importantly following it
- Tracking project progress, resolving project setbacks and managing change/adjustment requests without affecting or with minor effect on the schedule
- Reporting the project status to Managers on a regular basis
- Perform project analysis to identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience working on the IT sector either on vendor side or clients side (Financial business, banks, Microfinance & Mortgage companies, etc)
- Excellent command of project estimation techniques, and project plan tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Result oriented, and possess an organized mindset and have attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, literacy of common business etiquette and conflict management skills are highly required.
- Excellent English speaking and business writing
- Experience in both information technology and business administration, to actively participate in ensuring the successful completion of all software projects, and also overseeing the people performing work on the projects.
