Operation Manager – Agricultural

He will responsible for managing activities that are part of the products of goods (Garlic Industry)
Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, controls, performance improvement, operations strategy, and agricultural

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
• Build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, Cost – effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Put KIPs for the operation team
• Hiring team members if needed
• Manage agricultural department
• Responsible for production and packing department
• Reporting to CEO & Board of directors
