Job Description

We are a growing engineering services company with diverse operational responsibilities. We are offering a chance for a business/administration fresh graduate who is interested in a career in operations management and HR. You will have the chance to learn and grow while getting paid a decent salary with insurance and bonuses.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in Hiring employees (initial filtration of candidates, scheduling appointments, supervising exams,… etc.)
  • Guide new hires during their initiation
  • Update employees database, company policies and procedures
  • Handle employees Time Off requests and attendance reports
  • Extract data required for employees evaluation
  • Create and execute a computer and manual document control system
  • Edit/Update Smartsheet reports and sheets
  • Schedule projects and communicate with clients 
  • Follow up on projects status and employees completion of required data on Smartsheet

Job Requirements

  • Interested in working in a fast paced, collaborative and ever-growing community
  • Love learning and acquiring new skills
  • Well organized and neat
  • A multitasker
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office esp. MS Excel
  • Background in the engineering field (any branch/field) is a plus
