Job Description
We are a growing engineering services company with diverse operational responsibilities. We are offering a chance for a business/administration fresh graduate who is interested in a career in operations management and HR. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Assist in Hiring employees (initial filtration of candidates, scheduling appointments, supervising exams,… etc.)
- Guide new hires during their initiation
- Update employees database, company policies and procedures
- Handle employees Time Off requests and attendance reports
- Extract data required for employees evaluation
- Create and execute a computer and manual document control system
- Edit/Update Smartsheet reports and sheets
- Schedule projects and communicate with clients
- Follow up on projects status and employees completion of required data on Smartsheet
Job Requirements
