Job Description
- Execute ATL/BTL/TTL activities
- Scan the market for production suppliers
- Experience in searching -finding – Coordinating with best 3D max agencies
- Plan and coordinate various events and exhibitions
- Responsible for company’s permanent outdoor locations. Choosing and supervision of the outdoor plan implementation.
- Manage trade fairs, events and sponsorships and partnership
- Forms the link between the company and various production & BTL agencies
- Develop marketing vendors’ list and form a link between the company and the marketing suppliers and partners.
- Stand on new marketing techniques and innovations
- Supervise the company’s presence in different marketing channels/ platforms
- Perfect reporting skills (Daily/weekly/monthly)
- Communicate marketing material to sales team and broker.
- Overlook Brokers marketing campaigns and spending.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of the marketing material in the projects’ sites
Job Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in marketing field.
- Real Estate experience is a must at least for 2 years.
- To have excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of both digital and offline marketing.
- Real Estate/Agency Experience is an advantage
