Job Description
In Office Customer Service 30%
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Responsible for any incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Office maintenance & Office Management 30%
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock record office expenditure
- Organize and chair meetings with staff - typing the agenda and taking minutes.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Administrative Activities and Reporting 40%
- Develop and protect communication cycle internal and external .
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
- Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
- Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise Framework.
Job Requirements
- Age: 25 to 30
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business or Sales.
- Overall experience 2-4 years.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the real estate industry or same position.
- Decision maker, Planner, Organizer
