Job Description
- Design, implement, configure, operate, administer, and upgrade infrastructure services such as:
- Microsoft Directory Services.
- Microsoft O365 tenant and E5 security.
- VMware vSphere.
- Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager.
- Sophos Antivirus.
- Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure (only from an administrative point of view).
- HPE servers, 3Par SAN storage, and StoreEver tape library devices.
- Maintaining a high level of availability and quality standards/levels on the company’s infrastructure services.
- Conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to enforce effective security policies, procedures, and solutions that prevent theft or disruption of operations.
- First and second line of support to all implemented infrastructure services.
- Generating documentation, configuration manuals on all infrastructure components within the scope and producing various reports for all procedures performed.
- Actively Log and track details of solutions\tasks according to reporting standards and procedures.
- Comply with the corporate internal system, rules, policies, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements
Required Personal Profile & Qualifications:
- A University degree in addition to IT courses relevant to the job is a must.
- 5 years of proven and strong experience in infrastructure services built mainly on Microsoft, VMware, VEEAM, HPE, technologies (on-premises), in addition to Microsoft cloud technologies especially 0365 and E5 Security add-on features.
- Have domain experience in how to ensure infrastructure security.
- Good linguistic skills in both Arabic & English, verbal, reading, and writing.
- Ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities and make decisions.
- Must be able to maintain focus whilst under pressure.
- Clear and concise communicator.
- Delivery and quality-focused.
- Ability to act as part of a team, and in close coordination with direct manager.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and still keep a technical edge.
- Good adherence to policies and procedures and adherence to management hierarchy.
- Work to achieve individual and team goals.
