Job Description
- Answer client calls and take requests (9am to 5pm shift) or (5pm to 11pm shift)
- Pass request to operation department and make sure it is done ( bonus given if you do the request)
- Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
- In free time help marketing department generate new leads
- Follow up with existing accounts to make sure everything is going well
