Job Description
- Managing the category plan (analysis and Monitoring) to achieve distribution/net revenue/trade spend/gross margin and share objectives.
- Managing new product launches to translate tactical plans into execution plans with the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales to drive business objectives and engage with customers to drive category management initiatives.
- Responsible for trade spends and in-store execution.
- Development of a trade promotional plan with traditional trade.
- Perform analysis on promotions, measure results against business plans, recommend changes to tactics or mechanics to drive share in market.
- Responsible for developing & execute all BDA for Traditional trade.
- Improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
- Participate in traditional trade promotion activity.
- Participate in POS material production and implementation.
- Analyze and summarize data and to present Break Down, business review & TM Reports.
- Manage Merchandiser team and plan for them.
- Monitoring the performance of the Merchandiser team and ensure the achievement of goals (marketing plans and contracts spaces).
- Evaluation of the team and improve performance, solving problems (customer or team).
- Analyze and summarize data and present it to determine the opportunities and threats.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3 – 5 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG.
- Flexibility and willingness to work inside markets on the ground.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- A car owner is a must.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
