Job Description

Job Duties:  

  • Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
  • Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. 
  • Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring
  • Maintain a library of associated materials for all equipment, processes and procedures supported by the company.
  • Conduct ticketing system and remote support.
  • Manage security devices, Endpoints(antivirus), Cameras, AD and Exchange
  • Handle Computers, Printers, CCTV Cameras and hardware maintenance

Job Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Experience

Knowledge Requirements:  

  • Good background in windows server and Windows 10
  • Good background on 0365 (Optional)
  • Good background on cloud solutions (Optional).
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
