Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist who can assist in the development, implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns across of range of communication channels including social media, email, and web.
- Prepare reports (weekly / monthly) based on marketing campaigns' performance for the upper management.
- Handling customer complains & questioned.
- Generate new and manage the already posted content (written and visual) that is addressed to a specific target audience.
- Up-to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Work closely with the design team in order to provide direction and constant feedback to the team that coincidence with the marketing strategy.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and accounts performance.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and ensure integration between social media campaigns and the website and/or landing pages by working closely with the development team.
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Linkedin.
- Review content on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent Arabic & English writing and language skills.
