Job Description
- Reviewing and drafting a range of legal documents, including contracts, legal notices, termination letters, etc.
- Conducting legal research for projects and keeping track of changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
- Working with senior lawyers in a diverse range of legal areas such as corporate, commercial, and labor.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure commercial and corporate documents are signed, filed, and renewed.
Job Requirements
- BA in law, preferably English Section.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role (in-house or private practice).
- Excellent oral and written command of English & Arabic.
