Job Description
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Manage the branch through overseeing technical and administrative functions; supervise reception and technicians...etc.
- Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
- Evaluates his staff proficiency and performance.
- Make Sure that all employees are in accordance with the shift schedule and adhere to HSE procedures and Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field.
- Proven experience as administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
