Job Description

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Manage the branch through overseeing technical and administrative functions; supervise reception and technicians...etc.
  • Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
  • Evaluates his staff proficiency and performance.
  • Make Sure that all employees are in accordance with the shift schedule and adhere to HSE procedures and Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field.
  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
