Job Description

  • Plan, design and implement the company's risk management process.
  • Assess the risk that includes analyzing, identifying, describing, and assessing the risks that affect the work of the company.
  • Evaluating the risks that depend on comparing the assessed risks with the previously established standards such as costs, legal requirements, and environmental factors, and evaluating the company's performance in its previous dealings with those risks.
  • Measuring the level of risk that the company can bear.
  • Preparing reports on risks for all levels of the company, such as the reports submitted to the Board of Directors so that it can understand the most important risks, and the reports submitted to the heads of sectors to ensure that they are aware of the risks related to their sectors, and to some company officials to show the extent of responsibility for the risks Individual.
  • Follow-up of insurance operations on the company's assets and other types of insurance that the company must be covered for, taking into account security and safety requirements, and developing plans for the continuation of the company's activities to reduce risks when they occur.
  • Carrying out reviews of policies and adherence to standards, including communication with the internal auditor and auditor.
  • Supporting labor training processes to create awareness of risks within the company.

Job Requirements

  • Good development and reporting skills on risk management approach.
  • The ability to derive information that helps in measuring and analyzing risks.
  • A thorough knowledge of the relevant policies and procedures. Interpersonal relationship management skills.
  • The ability to multitask at the same time.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy and completeness of risk analysis.
  • The ability to use the memory and analyze the data collected.
  • An appropriate university qualification.
  • Passing specialized training courses in the field of risk and credit
  • Proficiency in  English.
  • Excellent computer skills
