- Participating in PM plan design

- Set the spare parts stock and control the inventory

- Responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment inside

- Responsible for the calibration of all instrumentation inside.

- Responsible for the Analysis reduction the down time and increase the efficiency of all equipment.

- Responsible for preparing Department SOPs.
|
- Responsible for preparing all IQ,OQ and PQ for all equipment .
|
- Responsible for managing all three shifts technicians.
|
- Responsible for evaluating all maintenance technicians monthly
|
- Responsible for reporting all breakdowns and root-cause to his line manager
|
- Participating in setting department KPIs and achieve them
|
- Defines the department training needs to improve the performance of maintenance team
|
