Job Description
- Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for offshore Accounts
- Present Wasla in job fairs, open days to promote our employer brand.
- Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's language fluency.
- Conduct initial face-to-face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, skills, and attitude.
- Prepare periodic reports to evaluate the recruitment performance.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Or 11:00 AM to 7:00 Pm
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Location: Korba, Heliopolis
Job Requirements
- Multitasking
- Experience in Recruitment minimum 3 Months or Call center Agent in offshore account
- Good communication skill
- Time Management skills.
- Males & Females
- Graduates, Maximum age 28
- Experience or HR background
- Has Strong Database and wide network
- Fluent English is a Must.
