Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flutter Team Leader with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of our projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flutter developers.
o Set clear goals, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Development and Architecture:
o Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications.
o Implement Clean Architecture principles to ensure modular, testable, and scalable solutions.
o Utilize the MVVM pattern and state management tools such as Bloc/Cubit to create maintainable and responsive applications.
o Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Technical Oversight:
o Review code to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
o Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team in problem-solving.
o Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Clean Architecture, and MVVM pattern trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years in mobile app development, with at least 3 years of experience in Flutter.
o B.A. in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
o Proven experience leading or managing a development team.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
o Extensive experience with Bloc/Cubit for state management.
o Deep understanding of Clean Architecture principles and their practical implementation.
o Proficiency in the MVVM design pattern for structuring scalable applications.
o Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
o Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
o Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with native development (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift).
• Knowledge of app performance optimization and analytics tools.
