Job Description
- Post job ads on the recruitment channels
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees for the company and for specific projects
- Managing all of the Recruitment procedures like (Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
- Receiving applicant's CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
- Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
- Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in the recruitment operation
- To manage the HR & Administration operations, by developing communicating and ensuring full implementation of all HR strategic initiatives, while ensuring employees compliance with ITC-Egypt policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains all HR Policies & Procedures.
- Creates a Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
- Supervises the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, ensuring on-boarded candidates have successfully passed all interviews and accordingly prepares all the contracts for new hires and agrees on the details with them.
- Handles all employee exit procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved.
- Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation
Job Requirements
- Massive Recruitment Solid Experience is a must (Blue & white collar)
- Highly Skilled in all recruitment analyses reports
- Very good use for job profile websites and other recruitment recourses
- Excellent in interviews whatever phone interview or physical interview
- Management basics is preferred to have the ability to manage all recruitment functional roles
- HR diploma is preferred
