Job Description
- Hiring Now Real Estate Primary Sales with a previous Experience in related field in Alexandria, North Coast and King Marriott
- Off Days: Friday – Saturday
Job Duties :
- Developing prospective clients.
- Property appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.
- Market Researches.
- Performing Marketing plans.
- Study property listings.
- Representing buyers & Sellers through negotiations.
- Interview prospective clients.
- Accompany clients to property site.
- discuss terms & conditions of sale.
- Closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
- Draw up real estate contracts.
- Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.
- Reporting activities to the company management.
- Maintaining good relations with costumers.

- Experience not less than 4 years in same field
- Alexandria residence
- Higher Education Certificate
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Previous Experience in same Field and experience in A&A+ Class Segment
- Preferred who own car
